We are pleased to announce that Sonya Tien negotiated and obtained a settlement for our client, Aisha, in a pre-trial win against Elco for a Morrisville car accident. Our client was injured in a collision in Wake County, North Carolina, after the vehicle that she was a passenger in, was rear-ended on I-40. The at-fault driver received a citation for failure to reduce speed.
