Obtain Your Highway Patrol Accident Report

One of the first things you want to do after an accident is to obtain a copy of the crash report, which will list the names and contact information of the individuals involved, witnesses, an estimate of the damage, and a diagram of the accident.
You can also obtain your NCSHP crash report online by providing one of three required fields. You must provide either:
1) Last name of one of the involved drivers and the date range to search;
2) County where the crash occurred and date range to search; or
3) NC State Highway Patrol report number.
